Once you purchase and make the required or partial payment, no changes, modifications, or refunds will be permitted.
ContentVidhya reserves the right to postpone/cancel the course, change the course structure, or update the list of trainer/mentor without prior notice.
If the course commencement date is changed, no refund will be issued.
No refunds or credits will be available for participants who fail to attend the course.
No refunds will be provided if the structure or content of the course is altered.
The course is strictly non-transferable. You cannot transfer your enrollment to another person under any circumstances.
Payments made for services (such as content writing, SEO, branding, website setup, or any consulting services) are non-refundable once the project has been initiated.
If you decide to discontinue the service after commencement, no refund (full or partial) will be issued.
In the event you delay or fail to provide required information, approvals, or feedback that impact project timelines, ContentVidhya will not be liable for refunds.
If ContentVidhya, due to unforeseen reasons, is unable to deliver the agreed service, a suitable resolution (such as rescheduling, substitution) will be offered.
Service deliverables are project-specific and non-transferable.
If you are not happy with the mentorship programme, you may claim a refund under the money-back guarantee within the first 45 days from the official commencement date of the programme. The money-back guarantee expires after the completion of 45 days and will not be extended, renewed, or restarted under any circumstances.
The 45-day refund period will not be extended due to delayed responses from the mentee, personal circumstances, inactivity, failure to complete assigned tasks, or failure to use the support provided.
Delays or inactivity from the mentee will not automatically extend the programme duration, refund period, support period, or delivery timelines.
The programme does not guarantee a specific level of income, clients, followers, website traffic, business growth, employment, or any other result. Results depend on the mentee’s effort, implementation, consistency, market conditions, and other factors beyond ContentVidhya’s control.
Programme materials, documents, strategies, recordings, templates, and other resources are provided only for the mentee’s personal or business use. They must not be copied, resold, published, distributed, or shared without written permission from ContentVidhya.
ContentVidhya reserves the right to discontinue a mentee’s access in cases of non-payment, abusive behaviour, misuse of programme materials, unauthorised sharing, or violation of the programme terms. Refunds in such cases will remain subject to the 45-day refund condition stated above.
If ContentVidhya needs to reschedule a session or temporarily pause any part of the programme due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date or an appropriate extension will be provided where necessary.
ContentVidhya reserves the right to revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy without prior notice.
All decisions regarding refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling will be at the sole discretion of ContentVidhya.
